摘要
平底从动件凸轮机构工程应用广泛,其综合的理论方法具有特殊性。文中以浮动平底推杆-凸轮组合机构为研究对象,求解得到其压力角公式并给出了压力角条件和凸轮轮廓保真条件的判据。借助计算机离散化搜索功能,对平底从动件位置等间距/离散化搜索,求解得到平底从动件在连杆方位线上的容许区段、凸轮基圆半径的许用取值范围和平底长度。文末,给出了机构综合的一个算例。
Flat-faced follower cam mechanism has widely applied in engineering,and the synthesis theory has its particularity.Taking the flat faced pushrod-cam combined mechanism as research object,the press angle formula and the criterion of the press angle condition and profile fidelity condition are presented in this paper.The allowable region and length of flat faced pushrod,and the selection range of cam base circle are determined,through equalinterval / discretization researching of the position of the flat faced follower,by the method of computer discretization researching.Finally,a mechanism synthesis example is displayed.
