摘要
通过对摆动、直动平底从动件盘形凸轮机构各种基本结构型式的分析,发现和揭示了积分几何中支撑线与支撑函数的直观几何背景,推演得到了相应的系列判定凸轮廓线全面外凸、计算凸轮廓线参数方程、曲率半径、周长和面积的通用公式,为平底从动件盘形凸轮机构的分析和设计提供了理论依据。
Via analysing all the types of oscillating and translating flat-bottom follower disc cam mechanisms, the vivid and concrete geometric audio-visual background of support line and support function are discovered, and a series of general formular for calculating external-convexity, curvature radius, parameter equations ,circumference and area of cam is obtained which can provide theoretical basis for analysis and design of flat-bottom follower disccamm echanism.
