摘要
目的探讨在深化优质护理服务活动中实施护士岗位绩效量化考核,以提升外科中医护理质量的效果。方法制定岗位绩效量化考核方案,在外科病区实施护士岗位绩效量化考核,对实施前后患者、护士的满意度以及中医护理质量质控成绩进行比较。结果实施护士岗位绩效量化考核后,患者、护士的满意度及中医护理质量均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论实施护士岗位绩效量化考核,可提高护士工作的积极性,全面提升中医护理质量,推动优质护理服务的深入开展。
Objective To study the effect of implements the nurse job performance quantification inspection in the deepened high quality nursing servicing activities, and to promotes the surgical Chinese medicine nursing quality. Method The job of performance quantification inspection plan was formulated and implemented in the surgical depart- ment ward. The patients' and nurse's degree of satisfaction as well as the Chinese medicine nursing quality was evalu- ated and compared before and after the implementation. Result After implements the nurse job performance quantifi- cation inspection, Patients and nurse's degree of satisfaction and Chinese medicine nursing quality was remarkable enhanced(P〈0. 01) . Conclusion Implements of the nurse's job performance quantification inspection may enhance the enthusiasm which the nurse works, The comprehensive promotion Chinese medicine nursing quality, impels the high quality nursing service thorough development.
