摘要 磁悬浮浮筏主动隔振前馈控制系统中,参考信号频率复杂多变,次级振动与控制通道输出的叠加造成参考信号不稳定且存在时变性,这会导致整个控制系统失效。为此,提出一种陷波器滤波的FXLMS前馈控制算法,该算法利用多个自适应滤波系统分块处理,减小参考信号不稳定的影响,提高系统的收敛速度。以多个不同频率、幅值、相位的正弦扰动信号作为参考信号进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,该算法能有效抵消多谐波扰动,有良好的隔振效果。 The reference signal in magnetic suspension floating raft feedforward control system contained multi--frequency components with difference in energy. The reference signal was also af- fected by the superposition of the secondary vibration and the output of control channels. It became unstable and time--varying, resulting in the failure of the whole control system. A FXLMS control algorithm based on notch filter was proposed. By block processing of a plurality of adaptive filter sys- tem, the influence of instability of the reference signal can be reduced and the convergence speed of the system can be improved as well. The simulation analysis was carried out by using several sinu- soidal disturbance signals with different frequencies, different amplitudes and different phases as the reference signals. The simulation results show that the control algorithm can offset multi--harmonic disturbances effectively. The algorithm has much better performance in vibration isolation than that of traditional FXLMS algorithm.
