摘要
通过10组不同榫卯尺寸同为梓木的单直榫结构的"L"节点的抗弯试验,得出了能够承受最大荷载的直榫结构榫卯尺寸。采用基于试验基础上的有限元法对榫卯节点进行详细分析,对比榫卯3方向的不同尺寸对节点受力的影响,得到了增加榫卯宽度能够提高节点抗弯性能的结论。
Through the bending test of 10 sets of node "L" with different tenon joint size of Catalpa single straight tenon structure, finding out the straight mortise tenon joint size that could be able to withstand the maximum load. What' s more, some detail analysis of tenon joint node were carried out based on a trial basis of finite element analysis. And by comparing the impact of 3 directions of different size of the node force, we concluded that increasing the width of the tenon joint could improve the nodes' bending performance.
