摘要
利用有限元软件模拟研究了胶合缺陷对胶合板振动特性的影响。结果表明,胶合缺陷的存在会影响其固有频率和振型,且影响程度与缺陷大小和位置有关,因此可利用振动特性测试实现对胶合板所含缺陷的大小和位置的预测。
Finite Element software is used to investigate the influence of the bonding defects on the vibration characteristic of plywood. It is found that the existence of bonding defects would affect the modal frequency and modal shape of the plywood, which depended on their sizes and locations. Therefore, the sizes and locations of defects in plywood may be predicted by vibration testing.
