摘要
"即兴"作为现代舞编创的一种常规技法,为越来越多的舞者接纳和使用。然而,对于大多数身体条件与人生阅历参差不齐的舞者们而言,"舞蹈即兴"仍存在着神秘的"中间地带"——即兴时怎样才能松弛身心?怎样才能摒弃经年的动力定型?怎样才能真正进入内视自省的独白空间?本文针对这些问题尝试借鉴禅修方法中的要义帮助舞者找到使其心灵松弛、心理有所支撑的状态。
Dance improvisation has become a usual approach for dance choreography in contemporary China. However,as bodies and life experiences vary from dancer to dancer,problems remain in dance improvisation,concerning how to relax and what to think while doing improvisation. This paper attempts to explore methods of Zen to help dancers reach the proper state of mind necessary for dance improvisation.
