口服降糖药控制欠佳的2型糖尿病40例联合地特胰岛素治疗的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 现阶段胰岛素治疗是2型糖尿病治疗的最有效手段。我国新版2型糖尿病治疗指南指出：生活方式干预作为基础治疗措施，应贯穿始终。二甲双胍是2型糖尿病首选药物，如无禁忌，应一直保留在治疗方案中，如未达标应加用胰岛素促分泌剂等。如两种口服药联合治疗仍不达标，可加用基础胰岛素治疗。英国糖尿病前瞻性研究（UKPDS）及糖尿病控制和并发症试验（DCCT）等多项循证医学研究，已使人们对强化血糖控制的意义达成共识。
