摘要
目的了解宁夏药物依赖人群滥用医用麻醉、精神药品及处方药流行趋势。方法采用国家药物滥用监测中心提供的《药物滥用监测表》,将4年中各类戒毒机构收治(收戒)的居住地为宁夏的1 736例滥用医用麻醉、精神药品人员作为统计样本,通过单品种和多品种条件Logistic回归分析筛选主要滥用物质。结果滥用医用麻醉、精神药品及处方药人群,主要滥用16个品种,药物依赖人群中存在着多种药物合并滥用行为。但滥用品种逐年减少,滥用医用麻醉、精神药品比例由2008年32.99%,下降至2011年11.95%,滥用品种和人次呈下降趋势。结论医用麻醉、精神药品的滥用得到有效控制,针对已发生被滥用的药品,应加强同类高风险品种的监管。戒毒药物需进一步加强管理,以预防流弊事件的发生。
Objective To study the epidemiological trend of abusing pharmaceutical narcotic drugs,pharmaceutical psychotropic drugs and prescribed drugs in drug - dependent population in Ningxia. Methods Surveillance Form of Drug Abuse prepared by National Surveillance Center on Drug Abuse was used to investigate the abuse of pharmaceutical narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in the addicts whose residence was ＂Ningxia＂ from the detoxification institutions within past four years, 1736 addicts were included in Logistic regression analysis to screen major abuse substances. Results 16 kinds of major pharmaceutical narcotic drugs,pharmaceutical psycho- tropic drugs and prescribed drugs were abused and poly -drug abusing were serious in the addicts. However, the proportion of abusing pharmaceutical narcotic drugs and pharmaceutical psychotropic drugs dropped from 32.99% in 2008 to 11.95% in 2011 and the frequencies and kinds of abusing drugs declined with years. Conclusion The abuse of pharmaceutical narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs has been efficiently controlled, but the surveillance on some high -risk drugs should be strengthened and the drugs for detoxification treatment should be under the strict management to prevent them from going to illegal market and being abused.
