摘要
应用热重分析法研究了市场上常售的三种活性炭从30℃~900℃的氧化热解过程.实验结果表明:样品的炭氧氧化过程中有一快速热解阶段,在此阶段样品的氧化动力学参数可以由一级反应方程和Coats-Redfern模型描述,据此求出活化能.活性炭自燃实验表明,活化能低的活性炭容易自燃,活化能高的活性炭不容易自燃.所以可以利用活化能指标来比较活性炭的自燃倾向性.
Thermogravity analysis technique was used to study the course of thermal oxi- dizing decomposition from 30 ℃ to 900 ℃ for the activated carbon. The result suggested that the fast pyroysis process including the oxidizing decomposition of activated carbon can be described as a first-order chemistry reaction and Coats-Redfern method, thus activation energy can be got. The spontaneous combustion experiment of proved the activated carbon which has lower activa- tion energy would be easy to spontaneous combustion. So spontaneous combustion tendency of activated carbon is divided by using activation energy index.
