摘要
在我国,中医中药治疗消化道恶性肿瘤是综合治疗的重要组成部分。中医治疗的基础是辨证,证候是中医学诊疗体系的核心与纽带,研究疾病的证候规律可以深入认识疾病的病因病机,并预测疾病和证候的演变,判断预后,该文就原发性肝癌、胃癌及大肠癌的证型与预后的相关研究做一综述,以期能发现三种疾病的共同发展规律,为以后相关疾病证型的研究提供思路,并指导疾病的治疗。
In China,Chinese medicine treatment of digestive tract malignant tumor is an important part of comprehensive treatment.Chinese medicine treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.Syndrome is the core and link of the Chinese medical treatment system.The study of disease syndromes can help us understand the disease pathogenesis and predict diseases evolution as well as prognosis.This review is about the relevant research of syndromes and prognosis in liver cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer in order to discover the common law of development of these three diseases,providing ideas for later studies in syndromes and guiding the treatment.
