摘要
交流特高压输电工程用关键设备的可靠性,是系统安全稳定运行的必要保障。此类设备的运行工况复杂,仅依靠模拟计算无法实现其性能的有效考核。针对特高压开关设备容量试验,西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司在试验参数、试验回路方面进行了大量的研究,填补了国际国内关于特高压设备容量试验的一些空白,在实施特高压试验方面积累了一定经验。研究表明,对于断路器必须实施T100a和T100s(b)整极试验才能实现对其零区热效应及断口之间、母线对壳体之间的有效考核;容性电流试验中,压升必须满足标准要求才能有效考核短燃弧;针对输电回路中安装有串补装置的情况,必须对断路器实施附加试验。笔者主要就交流特高压输电工程用关键设备的容量试验开展情况进行简单介绍,包括试验所依据的标准、开展的试验项目、典型试验回路等。
Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute conductea a series of high power tests on UhV switchgears to investigate the test parameters and test circuits. The results indicate that: ①Full-pole tests of TlOOs and TlOOa are necessary to verify the thermal effect close to current zero,the insulation between bus and enclosure, and the making and breaking performance between circuit breaker contacts;②In capacitive current switching test, proper test circuit should be adopted to satisfy the request of power frequency voltage variation in order to obtain the minimum arcing time ;③ In the case of series-compensation device on transmission line, additional tests must be performed for circuit breaker. In this paper,the high power tests mentioned above are described,including the test standards, test items and typical test circuits.
