摘要
以铅酸蓄电池20小时率容量试验为例,通过对由仪器的精度、量程的选择、试验环境、检测人员的习惯产生的误差进行分析,提出了准确掌握和处理检测误差的方法,可使试验数据更加贴近真值,增加检测的可信度。
Based on the 20 hour rate capacity test on lead-acid batteries, this paper analyzed the errors derived from measuring instrument accuracy, range selection, test environment and the operator' s habits, and pointed out a method to control and process the testing error, which contribute to making the test data close to truth value and increasing the confidence level of the tests.
