摘要
上市公司在日趋激烈的市场竞争中应实现寻求生存与保持可持续发展的基本目标。为此,营造可持续发展环境、保持稳定的成长状态是上市公司管理能力高低的科学评判尺度。分析其成长性是对其生存与发展能力进行客观评价的手段。本文以上市公司成长性发展测度评价思路为出发点,运用系统视角的评价原理,从公司成长性发展测度评价代表性的效用价值论、新古典经济学价值论及劳动价值论等相关理论的应用视角进行透析,构建了上市公司成长性测度评价体系,并对上市公司成长性发展的测度结果进行了具体分析。
In the increasingly fierce market competition, to achieve the sustainable development is the basic goal of listed companies. Therefore, listed companies should create favorable conditions for the sustainable development and maintain a steady growth state. To analyze the growth of a listed company is a means for objective evaluation of its survival and development abilities. Based on the growth measurement evaluation of the listed company, by using the principle of system evaluation, from the viewpoint of utility value, new classical economic value and labor value, this paper constructs the measurement evaluation system for the listed company and analyzes some measurements about the growth of the listed company.
