摘要
以我国新能源汽车产业为研究出发点,详细梳理了党中央在各个时期出台的新能源汽车产业政策,剖析了我国新能源汽车产业政策的导向和连续性,以此提出我国发展新能源汽车产业的制约因素,进而认为核心技术的突破、制定行业统一标准、完善融资渠道等措施是新能源汽车未来发展的方向,也可为汽车企业制定战略决策提供支持。
