摘要
目的:评价眼科用药在合肥地区27家医院的应用情况,为研发、生产、使用部门提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对合肥地区27家医院2009-2012年眼科用药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院眼科用药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,进口药品的销售金额超过了国产药品,各类眼科用药销售金额和DDDs排序在前的主要是抗菌药物、干眼症用药、白内障用药及防治青光眼类药物。结论:国内制药企业应加强研发,优化品种结构,提高质量,满足市场需求。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of ophthalmic preparations in 27 hospitals from Hefei area so as to provide reference for RD,production and use of the preparations.METHODS：By using retrospective method,the utilization of ophthalmic preparations in 27 hospitals from Hefei area during 2009-2012 were analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS：The consumption sum of ophthalmic preparations increased year by year in hospitals from Hefei area.The consumption sum of imported preparations exceeded the domestic presparations.Antimicrobials,drugs for xeroma,antiglacoma drugs and drugs for cataract took up the prominent place in the list of consumption sum and DDDs among ophthalmic preparations.CONCLUSIONS：It is recommended that domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers should reinforce the drug RD,optimize the species and improve the quality of drugs so as to satisfy the market demand.
