摘要
系统地阐述了电机驱动往复泵输送矿浆峰值分散技术,在分析单台往复泵流量脉动及压力脉动产生原因的前提下,论述了多台泵向同一管路输送矿浆时产生峰值叠加的原因及消除峰值叠加的两个条件,识别最佳分散相角值。针对现有多电机泵协调输送系统,采用电机轴相关的同步控制策略,提出了基于耦合补偿的同步控制策略实现输送矿浆峰值分散。
This paper systematically expounded the pulp conveyor peak dispersion of motor drive reciprocating pump. Under the premise of analysis on a single of reciprocating pump flow and pressure fluctuation, the authors dis- cussed the reasons for the superimposed pulp peak and the two conditions to eliminate peak superposition on the multiple transmission lines to the same pump, and identified the best phase angle value. Aimed at the existing multi-carrier system for the coordination of motor pumps, the authors used synchronous control strategy of related axis. The synchronization control algorithm was proposed based on coupling compensation and then the pulp peak was dispersed.
