总结了5例迟发性羊水栓塞的临床急救和护理对策。主要包括监测病情、做好产程产后护理,建立静脉通路,心理护理等,认为及时给予迟发性羊水栓塞患者正确有效的急救和护理干预,对保证临床治疗效果,提高患者救治成功率,改善预后有重要的意义。
