高校人事分配制度改革对原有的人事管理制度进行变革,在这一过程中,要扎实做好广大教职工的思想政治工作,减少改革阻力,为改革和发展凝聚人心,促进改革更加深入地推行,为高等教育事业的科学健康发展提供支持。
