高校人事工作影响教职工思想情绪,影响学校稳定和发展。在提倡以人为本的现代社会,要取得人事工作的预期效果,就要将人事工作与思想政治工作有机结合起来,实现人事工作的最终目标。
Personnel management of colleges and universities always affects the idea sentiments of workers, stead and develop about colleges and universities. At the socialist market economy background, acquiring the predictive effect in personnel management, the personnel department should reinforce the ideological and political work, clear away the idea obstruction to instruct workers, raise ideological and political work of works and achieves the ultimate target of occurrences in personnel management.
