摘要
介绍了马钢烧结除尘灰的利用情况,通过对高钾烧结除尘灰进行物化特性分析,从经济、高效脱钾的角度考虑,认为水浸温度100℃、液固比3∶1、搅拌水浸一次的高钾除尘灰脱钾工艺比较适合,脱钾率可达到91.62%。
The utilization condition of sintering dust in Masteel was introduced in this paper, through analysis of the physicochemical properties of sintering dust with high potassium content and in view of economic and high efficient potassium removal, it is thought that the potassium removal process of high potassium sintering dust with 100 ℃ water leaching temperature, liquid solid ratio 3 : 1 and one time immersion of agitating water is applicable, and the potassium removal rate can be up to 91.62%.
