摘要
我公司新投产的2 10m2 烧结机采用了烧结除尘灰混合炼钢污泥喷浆的处理工艺,既解决了除尘灰的输送和炼钢污泥的处理问题,又促进了生石灰的消化,提高了烧结矿的产质量和稳定性,带来了良好的经济效益,而且有利于环境保护。
The sintering dust was mixed with steel-making sludge, and then the slurry was sprayed upon burnt lime for lime slaking in TANGGANG 210 m2 sintering plant. As a result, not only the problems of conveying the dust was solved, but also the lime slaking was improved and the sinter output and quality were increased. The satisfactory benefit was gained.
