摘要
通过产业技术安全的内涵分析,结合军工产品特点,对军工产品技术安全进行了相应的分类,并分别对军工企业项目层面、企业层面和国家层面的技术安全问题进行了分析,在此基础上,给出了三个层面的军工产品技术安全及军方参与程度的建议。
Through connotation analysis of industrial technology security,this paper classifies technology security of military products with reference to the characteristics of military products,and analyzes technological security issues on military enterprise project level,the corporate level and the national level.After that,some suggestions on the technology security of military products on these three levels and the degree of involvement of the military are made,which will bring some reference to the understanding and resolve of technological security issues in military products.
