摘要
以图书馆联盟成员馆间重叠知识和知识转移之间的关系为切入点,分析了知识距离、重叠知识、相对吸收能力、关系嵌入等对图书馆联盟成员馆间知识转移的影响,并以此为基础建立了图书馆联盟成员馆间知识转移与重叠知识的关系模型。研究表明,图书馆联盟知识转移会受到成员馆知识相对吸收能力、知识距离和关系嵌入的影响。因此,重叠知识对图书馆联盟知识转移的影响效果和路径需要引起我们重点关注。
Starting from overlapping knowledge and knowledge transfer of library consortia, the paper analyzes the infulence of knowledge distance, overlapping knowledge, knowledge relative absorptive capacity and relational embeddedness on knowledge transfer of library consortia, constructs a relational model of overlapping knowledge and knowledge transfer of library consortia. Research shows that, the influence of library consortia knowledge transfer will be members of knowledge relative absorptive capacity, knowledge distance and relational embeddedness. We should pay more attention to the effect and the path.
