摘要
目的评价某涂料生产企业生产过程中有机溶剂职业病危害因素和职业卫生防护措施。方法依据国家相关标准,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、综合分析等方法对该企业进行评价。结果测得短时间接触浓度(STEL):甲苯<0.14~0.40 mg/m3,乙苯0.19~123.23 mg/m3等均低于国家接触限值;测得时间加权平均浓度(TWA):甲苯0.07~0.11 mg/m3,乙苯0.04~0.07 mg/m3等也低于国家接触限值。结论有机溶剂控制措施可行,可作为同类行业的参考。
Objective To assess the occupational hazards of organic solvents and its protective measures in the paint manu- facturing enterprise. Methods According to related national hygienic standards, the methods of field investigation, detec- tion of hazardous factors for occupational hazards, professional health examination and comprehensive analysis were carried out. Results Concentrations of toluene ( 〈 0. 14 - 0. 40 mg/m3 ) and ethlybenzene (0. 19 - 123.23 mg/m3 ) for short time sampling were lower than the national exposure limits; Time weighted average for toluene ( 0.07 - 0. 11 mg/m3 ), ethyl- benzene (0. 04 - 0. 07 mg/m3 ) were lower than the national exposure limits. Conclusion It is feasible for organic solvents to adopt occupational protection measures and it can be an example in this industry.
