摘要
目的分析深圳光明新区工作场所有机溶剂职业病危害因素的现状和危害因素确定,为职业病危害因素控制和流行病学调查和提供参考依据。方法回顾性调查分析2010-01/2010-12重点监测企业101家和委托成规模企业69家12个检测项目的碳管检测结果;所采集样本采用溶剂解析的检测方法,使用Agilent 7890A型气相色谱仪进行分析,所有碳管样本均按《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范(GBZ-159-2004)》进行采集。结果深圳光明新区有机溶剂超标企业共有12家(9个检测项目,共61监测点超过国家法定标准)其中甲苯占超标检测项次47.5%,是深圳光明新区职业病危害因素的重点因素。结论深圳光明重点企业工作场所有机溶剂污染状况相对轻微,其他小型企业或作坊式工厂污染状况不是十分明确,是以后职业病危害因素筛查的重点对象。
Objective To provide reference for occupational hazards control and epidemiological survey by analyzing the status of organic solvents related occupational hazards in Shenzhen Guangming new district and comfirmation of risk factors.Methods Retrospective survey was conducted on the carbon nanotubes results from 12 test items of 170 factories during January,2010 to December,2010.All the samples were detected by Agilent 7890A type gas chromatograph with solvent desorption method,and all of the carbon tube samples were collected according to GBZ-159-2004.Results The concentration of organic solvents were excessive in 12 factories(including 9 detection items and 61 monitoring points) in Guangming new district of Shenzhen,and Toluene was one of the most important pollution factors(47.5%).Conclusion The pollution status of occupational hazards in key enterprises is relatively minor in Guangming new district of Shenzhen,but the pollution status of other small workshops is unclear,which should be paid more attention to.
