摘要
采用皮尔逊相关系数法对某输气管线中大量X80钢母材夏比冲击功数据的分布模型进行了研究。基于概率断裂力学理论背景,考虑正态分布、对数正态分布和二参数威布尔分布作为夏比冲击功的相关系数检验模型,认为X80钢母材夏比冲击功更服从于对数正态分布。并对三种分布进行了参数估计,其中采用线性回归分析法对二参数威布尔分布的参数进行了估计,为后续进行的管线可靠性评估奠定基础。
By using Pearson Correlation Coefficient method,the distribution model of Charpy impact energy data of X80 steel material used gas pipelines was studied.Based on the background of probabilistic fracture mechanics theory,considering the normal distribution,lognormal distribution,and the two-parameter Weibull distribution as the correlation coefficient test model of Charpy impact energy,it was found that the lognormal distribution was the best one for X80 steel material Charpy impact energy.The parameter estimation was carried out for the three types of distribution;the linear regression analysis was used to estimate parameters of the two-parameter Weibull distribution,which can provide the foundation for subsequent pipeline reliability assessment.
