摘要
从等级判别原则和限制因子诊断方法角度对隶属度向量分析法进行了系统研究,指出最大隶属度原则和择近原则均存在信息丢失问题,且都不能确定单值映射;证明了加权平均原则的两种判别法是等价的。对于河流不健康状态对应综合评价最末级的情况,通过对模糊综合评价进行矩阵解释,导出了单因子不健康贡献率计算公式,并以里运河为例进行河流健康评价。结果表明,里运河的健康等级为良,主要限制因子为岸坡植被结构完整性和防洪工程达标率。
A research is made on the analysis method of membership vector,which includes grade assessment principle and major limiting factors diagnose.It is pointed out that both of the maximum degree principle and the minimum distance principle may lose information,and neither of them can determine a single-valued map function.The equivalence of the two judgment methods in weighted average principle is proved.And on condition that the unhealthy state corresponds to the last estimation rank,the unhealthy contribute rate recurrence formula is determined by matrix analysis of fuzzy evaluation.Finally,taking Liyun River for an example,the river health is evaluated.The result shows that the health grade of Liyun River is fine and the major limiting factors are the structural integrity of vegetation and the standard-researching rate of flood control projects.
