摘要
介绍吴银根教授运用中医药辨治支气管哮喘的临床经验。认为阳虚寒盛(寒邪与寒体两端)为哮喘病机之本,痰、气、风、瘀为其常见致病因素,立祛邪实、温脾肾大法,治以验方咳喘六味合剂及止喘胶囊等,每获良效。并附验案1则。
This paper introduces Prof. Wu Yin＇ gen＇ s experience in treating bronchial asthma with chinese medicien. It is argued that the pathogenesis of asthma is yang deficiency and cold excessive. The phlegm, qi , wind and blood stasis are the common pathogenic factors. Eliminating pathogenic factors and warming spleen and kidney is the main method priciple. Excellent results have been achieved by the treatment of ＂Kechuan Liuwei Mixture＂ and ＂Zhichuan Capsule＂, and one proven case was presented.
