摘要
导师应当将应对研究生的就业焦虑问题看做自己的一项职责,不仅因为过度的就业焦虑可能会对研究生的生活和学习造成不良影响,还由于在解决研究生就业焦虑问题中,导师具有特殊的优势。导师应对研究生就业焦虑的主要思路,就是要树立正确的育人观念,选择恰当的途径和手段,并遵循不同对象分别对待的原则,把对研究生就业焦虑的调适和引导同人生观、价值观和思维方法的提升结合起来。
Tutors should pay attention to the problem of graduate students' employment anxiety because of its effect on graduate students' life and studies and tutors' special advantage in solving the problem. Tutors' main countermeasures to cope with graduate students' employment anxiety are to establish a correct concept of educa- tion, choose proper ways and means, follow the principle of different objects treated respectively, and relieve grad- uate students' employment anxiety through the way of ascending their philosophy.
