从硫酸淋洗合格液中回收酸的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用阴离子扩散渗析膜技术从硫酸淋洗饱和树脂的高酸淋洗合格液中分离硫酸,试验结果表明,选用交联度高的阴离子均相膜,在进料流量为7~9mL/min,料液与清水流量比达1∶2~1∶2.5条件下,硫酸回收率约为60%,铀截留率达75%以上。 Separation of sulfuric acid from the rich elute from the loaded resin containing a high concentration of acid was studied with diffusion dialysis membrane process. Result shows that at the conditions of high degree of crosslinking membrane, feed flow of 7-9 mL/min,feed and water flow ratio of 1 : 2-1 : 2.5, sulfuric acid recovery is about 60%and the interception rate of uranium is above 75%.
