摘要
选用大孔阴离子树脂D202对稀硫酸中的硫酸进行了静态和动态的吸附实验研究,结果表明,在稀硫酸浓度为102 g/L,25℃时,树脂对硫酸的动态吸附容量为167 mg/g湿树脂,解吸剂为工业水,解吸峰较为集中,有拖尾现象但不明显。控制解吸剂工业水的用量进行了十次循环吸附试验,平均吸附容量为125 mg/g,考虑到控制了工业水的用量,此吸附容量还是比较理想的。
The static and dynamic adsorption properties of macroporous exchange resin D202 for sulfuric acid from dilute sulfuric acid were studied. The results showed that resin could effectively adsorb sulfuric acid at the concentration of sulfuric acid of 102 g/L,in 25 ℃, the dynamic adsorption capacity of the resin could reach 167 mg/g wet resin,desorption agent was industrial water,desorption peak was more concentrated,there were scattered phenomenon,but not obvious. Ten cycle adsorption test controlling the amount of industrial water of the desorption agent was studied,the average adsorption capacity of the resin could reach 125 mg/g,taking into account the amount of industrial water control,this adsorption capacity was still relatively ideal.
