介绍了重钢炼钢厂板坯表面纵裂产生的原因,通过大量生产实践对比分析,总结出影响纵裂的主要因素。通过采取一定措施,使连铸坯纵裂缺陷有一定改善。
The cause of longitudinal cracks on the surface of continuous casting slabs of CQ Steel Corporation was introduced. By means of comparison and analysis of large mass of production and practice, main factors affecting longitudinal cracks were summarized. Some measures have been taken to improve the longitudinal cracks of slab.
