摘要
产学研相结合培养全日制农业推广硕士符合当前加大专业型研究生培养力度的政策导向,既是农业现代化对高层次应用型人才的需求,又是高校开放性办学的实际需要。创新的人才培养方式要在产学研合作背景下,政府引导,高校主导,企业支持,培育出适应社会需求、实践应用能力强、综合素质全面的全日制农业推广硕士。
Cultivation of professional master of agricultural extension based on integration of production, teaching and research squares with the policy of strengthening cultivation of professional postgraduates, which meets the needs of agricultural modernization in terms of pragmatic professionals and of the open model of running colleges and universities. In the context of integration of production, teaching and research, creative talent cultivation model, with the guide from the government, leadership from universities and support from enterprises, will nurture more talents in this field who are more adapted to social needs with better application abilities and improved overall qualities.
