摘要
近年来,油气合作开发分公司的地面建设管理工作,始终遵循"总体部署、分步实施、在实施中进行调整和优化"的原则,实行严格的项目管理模式,并逐步在地面建设过程中进行改进和完善。在气田地面建设管理过程中,通过不断的实践,逐步探索出一条适应苏里格气田开发的需要、更有利于做好地面工程项目整体部署、优化简化、组织协调和建设管理工作的经验和方法,使得工程建设质量、建设水平和建设速度有了较大幅度的提高,大大提升了地面工程建设管理水平,充实了项目管理的内涵。
In recent years, all the oil & gas field Surface construction works of the Oil & Gas Cooperation and Delelopment Company always follow the principle of "the overall deployment, implementation step-by-step, adjustment and optimization in implementation". We conduct project management mode strictly and improve gradually in the process of surface construction.In the process of gas field surface construction management,we get a better way which is more advantageous to prepare the overall deployment,simplified opti- mization,organization and coordination and construction management of the gas field surface construction to explore the Sulige gas field through constantly practice.This makes the gas field surface construction quality, construction level and the construction speed has been improved significantly. And greatly improve the level of the oil & gas fied Surface engineering construction.
