摘要
目的评价解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年尺骨鹰嘴骨折伴骨质疏松患者的疗效。方法 100例老年尺骨鹰嘴骨折伴骨质疏松患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组:采用重建钢板内固定材料对老年尺骨鹰嘴骨折伴骨折疏松患者进行固定。观察组:采用解剖型锁定钢板内固定材料对老年尺骨鹰嘴骨折伴骨折疏松患者进行固定。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、Mayo评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年尺骨鹰嘴骨折伴骨质疏松患者疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the anatomic locking plate in the treatment of elderly olecranal fracture complicated by osteoporosis. Methods 100 patients with elderly olecranal fracture complicated by osteoporosis were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group used the reconstruction plate fixation to fix the patients with elderly olecranal fracture complicated by osteoporosis. The observation group used the anatomic locking plate fixation to fix the patients with elderly olecranal fracture complicated by osteoporosis. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the operative time, intraoperative blood loss and Mayo score, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Anatomic locking plate shows reliable efficacy in the treatment of patients with elderly olecranal fracture complicated by osteoporosis.
