摘要
目的探讨尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折的手术治疗方法。方法采用重建钢板联合克氏针钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折28例,观察疗效。结果全部患者均获得8～27个月随访,平均15个月。疗效评定,优16例,良9例,可3例,优良率达89.3%。结论重建钢板联合克氏针钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折疗效满意,是一种有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the surgical treatment method of ulnar olecranon comminuted fractures. Methods Tweenty eight patients with ulnar oleeranon comminuted fractures were treated with reconstruction steel plate combined with kirschner steel wire, its clinical effect was observed. Results All patients obtained follow-up for 8-27 months with an average of 15 months. Curative effect evaluation showed that 16 cases were optimal, 9 cases were good, 3 cases were common, and the excellent-good rate was 89.3%. Conclusion The curative effect of reconstruction steel plate combined with kirschner steel wire for the treatment of ulnar olecranon eomminuted fractures is satisfactory, it is a kind of effective treatment methods, which is worthy of clinical application.
