摘要
目的应用RP-HPLC方法,对平胃散中苍术素、(4E,6E,12E)-十四癸三烯-8,10-二炔-1,3-二乙酸酯峰等两种聚乙炔类成分同时进行含量测定。方法反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱promosll-C,8(4.6ramX250ram,5μm),柱温25℃,检测波长:340hm,流速:1.0mL/min,流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱。结果苍术素在0.052~248.5rag/L(r=0.9997)呈良好线性关系,(4E,6E,12E)-十四癸三烯-8,10-二炔-1,3-二乙酸酯峰在0.052-251.0mg/L(r=0.9996)呈良好线性关系,回收率分别为99.2%和99.3%,RSD为0.72%和0.64%(n=6)。结论建立一种同时测定平胃散中两种聚乙炔类成分的质量评价方法,其结果准确,重现性好,具有一定参考价值。
Objective To determine atractylodin and 4,6,12-tetradecatriene-8,10-diyne- 1,3,14-triol in Pingweisan to provide scientific basis for its quality control. Methods A promosll-Cls(4.6mm x 250mm,5 μL m) liquid chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water.Wavelength was at 340 nm. Results The linear range of atraetylodin was within 0.052N249mg/L(r=0.9997),sample recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD 0.72%. The linear range of 4,6,12-tetradecatriene-8,10-diyne-l,3,14-triol was within 5.23-251mg · L^-1 (r=0.999 6),sample recovery rate was 99. 3%,RSD 0.64%. Conclusion This method has good flexibility and repeatability.It can be used for quality control in Pingweisan.
