摘要
目的观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法对本院2010年3月至2012年8月期间采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈(观察组,n=50)和诺和灵30R(对照组,n=50)治疗的100例老年2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、早餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素用量、体重指数(BMI)和低血糖事件发生都明显改善,显著地优于对照组,并且观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈能较好地控制老年2型糖尿患者的血糖,并且低血糖发生率低,疗效好,是治疗老年2型糖尿病的理想方案,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of insulin glarglne combining with repaglinide on blood sugar of old patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of insulin glargine combining with repaglinide （ Observation group, n =50） and novolin 30 R （ Control group, n = 50） for 100 old patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2010 to August 2012. Results Comparing with control group, fasting blood glucose （FPG） , blood glucose 2 hours after breakfast （2hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, insulin dosage, body mass index （BMI） and the incidence of hypoglycemic events were improved significantly in observation group. In addition, the curative effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion The insulin glargine combining with repaglinide can better control blood sugar of type 2 diabetes, which has a lower incidence of hypoglycemic events and high curative effect. It is a good treatment for old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and worth popularizing application in clinic.
