低温等离子射频消融与微波凝固治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较低温等离子射频消融和微波凝固治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 124例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,A组(n=64)采用低温等离子射频消融治疗,B组(n=60)采用微波凝固治疗。观察和比较两组患者临床疗效,疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及术后并发症情况。结果 A组治疗总有效率(90.6%)明显高于B组治疗总有效率(75.0%)(P<0.05);两组术后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效显著,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To compare the curative effect of low-temperature radiofrequency ablation with microwave coagulation in treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods One hundred and twenty four patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,patients in group A(n = 64) were treated with low-temperature radiofrequency ablation therapy,and patients in group B(n = 60) were treated with microwave coagulation therapy.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scores(VAS) and postoperative complications of these two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of group A(90.6%) was higher than that of group B(75.0%)(P〈0.05).The difference in VAS scores of these two groups was not significant(P〈0.05).The rate of complication in group A was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The low-temperature radiofrequency ablation in treatment of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis has good effect and less complications.It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
