摘要 目的评价低温消融等离子体减小下鼻甲体积的安全性和有效性。方法选择下鼻甲肥大并对药物治疗无效的慢性鼻塞患者38例,应用等离子射频电极在每侧下鼻甲打2~3个孔,于术后3d、2 wk、1个月、3个月、6个月和1年分别进行随访。结果手术在10min左右完成,术后无疼痛、结痂或出血等,肥大的下鼻甲不同程度缩小,主观症状得到改善,并在4~6 wk显示最佳效果。结论等离子体手术操作简单,有效减小下鼻甲体积,仅对患者引起很小的不适,是一种耳鼻喉科新颖的微创技术,但远期疗效尚需进一步观察。 Purpose To evaluate the safety and efficacy of coblation plasma for the reduction of the volume of inferior turbinate. Methods 38 paitents complaining of chronic nasal obstruction and failing to respond to medical treatment were enrolled. The patients associated with inferior turbinate hypertrophy were chosen by radiofreqency with two or three punctures in each turbinate treated and evaluated at the third day, the second week, the first month, the third months, the six month and one year after surgery. Results Surgery were finished in ten minutes without postoperative pain, crusting or bleeding. Turbinate hypertrophy was significantly reduced to different degrees and the subjective symptom was improved. The best curative effect was showed within four to six weeks. Conclusion The surgery of coblation plasma is a simple operation. It is novel atraumatic technology capable of reducing the volume of turbinate effectively and causing minimal discomfort to the patients. However, because of the short follow-up, future investigations are needed to be fully evaluated.
