摘要
我国高校招生规模未来十年仍将持续增长。高等教育应该保持适当的发展速度和发展规模,才能既满足经济社会发展需要和人民群众需求,又保证高等教育持续健康发展。通过构建我国普通高校招生规模经验模型的实证研究发现,遵循高等教育与经济社会协调发展的原则确定高校适度的招生规模,必须充分考虑八个重要影响因素,其中最直接的影响因素有四个:应届高中毕业生数量、生均教学行政用房面积、财政性教育经费、农村居民人均可支配收入。
Within the coming ten years,Chinese colleges and universities enrollment scale will still continue increasing.Higher education should keep proper developing speed and scale.In doing so,it not only satisfies the need of economic and social development but only meets the requirement of people.Besides,it can guarantee the sustainable development of higher education.By empirical study of experience model of enrollment scale in Chinese ordinary universities,it should follow the coordinated development among higher education,economy and society to decide proper enrollment enroll,and take fully into account the eight important influencing factors.Four direct influencing factors need to be considered：high school graduate quantity,teaching and administration building area,financial education funds,and disposable income per resident in rural area.
