摘要
本文从培训教师业绩考核需要出发,提出了一种简便实用的教师授课质量评估分数可比性折算办法。在确定基本思路、原则和边界条件的基础上,建立了相应的数学模型,并用具体实例说明了应用方法。
Based on the requirements for evaluating the performance of the training staff, this paper presents an easy and practical approach to make the evaluation marks of teaching quality convertible and comparable. A mathematic module can also be built accordingly with specific cases demonstrating the applicable methods on the basis of basic ideology, principle and boundary conditions.
