摘要
文章从监督、督察、保障、矫正、惩治等五个方面探讨高校纪检监察的师德建设功能。从加强体制建设,完善领导体制;加强队伍建设,提高素质水平;加大宣传力度,增强纪检监察意识;加强制度建设,完善运行机制等四个方面探析高校纪检监察的师德建设功能的实现。
The paper explores the function of college disciplinary inspection in the construction of teachers＂ eth- ic from five aspects： supervision, inspection, security, correction, punishment. It also analyzes its imple- mentation from four aspects： strengthening the construction of the system and improving the leadership; strengthening the building of the team and improving its quality and level; stepping up the publicity efforts to enhance the awareness of discipline, inspection and supervision; improving the operational mechanism.
