摘要
目的了解不同健康教育方式对农村小学生刷牙的教育效果,探索提高儿童有效刷牙的最佳教育方法。方法抽取海南省某村小学120名6~12岁学生,随机分为3组,分别采用课堂传授普通口腔卫生知识、给学生看有关口腔卫生知识及正确刷牙方法的录像以及播放标准刷牙过程录像的同时,让学生跟着刷牙的方法来教育儿童刷牙方法及刷牙相关知识。结果 3组学生接受教育后,其刷牙知识均有所提高;在刷牙态度上,课堂教学效果比较明显;而在刷牙行为及方法上,第三种教育方式效果最为明显。结论播放标准刷牙过程录像,同时让学生跟着刷牙的健康教育形式,对小学生刷牙知识、态度、行为的影响效果最佳。
OBJECTIVE To identify the learning effect of brushing teeth on pupils under different methods of health education, and discuss the optimal health education to facilitate the further improvement of teeth brushing on children. METHODS 120 pupils during 6 to 12 ages were randomly selected as samples in Hainan Province, and they were divided into 3 groups randomly. Group one learnt the general knowledge of oral health in the class. Group two watched the videos about oral health knowledge and the correct methods of brushing teeth. Group three practiced the standard method of brushing teething under the guideline in the videos. RESULTS All pupils in the three groups made a further improvement on the knowledge of brushing teeth. Group one with education in class was better for children's attitudes. Group three with the third method of brushing teeth made the learning effect significantly on the behaviors and methods of brushing teeth. CONCLUSION The best way of health education on brushing teething is that exercising the skills under the guideline of the videos, which exert to the significant effect on pupils' knowledges, attitudes and behaviors.
