摘要
为解决盾构暗挖过站施工时存在的困难和风险,以广州地铁某盾构标段在暗挖隧道内的过站施工为研究背景,通过对盾构在暗挖隧道内过站的施工工艺、风险及措施等方面进行研究,设计出一套以轮轨方式的暗挖隧道过站方法,顺利地实现了盾构的整体偏移、顶升、平移等工艺,克服了施工中的困难,避免了施工中的风险,并提出了相应的控制措施,取得了较好的效果,为今后类似工程的施工提供了借鉴。
The procedure, risks and countermeasures of shield transferring mined station tunnels are studied, with a shield transferring a mined station tunnel in Guangzhou Metro as an example. A station transfer method based on tracksystem is developed and applied in the works. In the end, the horizontal moving and upward moving of the shield are guaranteed and satisfactory results are achieved.
