摘要
盾构机直接通过结构完成的车站是盾构法施工中经常要遇到的,盾构机过站的安全性及时间长短直接影响整个工程。文章根据广州轨道交通四号线大学城专线[仑头~大学城盾构区间]土建工程施工实例介绍了EPB-Ф6280型盾构机通过官洲站过程中盾构机的到站、320t重的盾体在站内采用千斤顶顶推进行横移及纵移、71.5m长的后配套台车纵移、始发端就位的快速施工技术。
It is the common situation that the shield machine should cross the completed station by using the shield construction method. The time and safety for crossing the station affect the whole construction directly. Based on the real construction examples for Guangzhou Municipal Railway Transit Line 4 University Special Line (Luntou - University Station) section civil work, this paper introduces the quick construction techniques of the shield machine (EPB -Ф6280) crossing the Guanzhou Station, including the arrival, the shield with the weight of 320t moving in the horizontal and longitudinal direction pushed by the jack in the station, back up gantries with the length of 71.5m moving in the longitudinal direction and emplacement in the starting end. This construction technique provides some references for the similar construction work.
