摘要
高校教务员是高校中教学秩序能够有序进行，教学质量能够得到保障的群体，是高校教务管理活动的直接实施者。随着高等教育改革的不断深入，高等学校的办学规模和质量都得到了提升，同时对教务工作也提出了更高的要求。高校教务员要不断提升自己的工作效率，不断适应新的形势的需要，不断为学生提供更好的服务。
It is the college educational administration members who can promise the teaching order into the rails and guarantee the teaching quality, directly charge of college educational administration activities. With the deepening of the higher education reform, both of the higher school scale and the quality have been improved, and more requirements for the educationai administration work. The members have to constantly improve their work efficiency, adapt to the needs of new situ- ation, and provide better service for students.
