学生是学校的主体、是学习的主人,教务员作为联系学生与教师的纽带,是高校人才培养中的重要一环。高校教务员的工作具有广泛性、具体性、复杂性,在教务管理中发挥着重要作用。教务员的工作效率一定程度上决定了所在高校的管理水平和质量。教务员要一切以学生为本,树立服务意识、质量意识,要有认真的态度,务实的精神,提高高校教务员的工作效率。
