摘要
以长寿花叶片为外植体,对不定芽的诱导及试管苗的增殖进行了研究,结果表明:长寿花叶片一步成苗的适宜培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖3%+琼脂粉6.5 g/L,试管苗在MS基本培养基上增殖系数较高,试管苗生长健壮,所以MS是试管苗增殖的适宜培养基。
This study took leaf slice of Kalanchod blossfeldiana as explants ,carried on adventitious buds induction and test-tube seedlings propagation ,the results were as follows ：the buds induction suitable euhure medium was MS＋6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋3% suerose＋agar 6.5 g/L, proliferation coefficient was higher when plantlets in MS basic medium, so MS was the suitable medium for plantlet proliferation.
